Our cement is SABS approved and Complies with the International Standard SANS 50197-1 in the class CEM V/B (S-V) 32,5N.
Kwikbuild Cement complies with the international standard SANS 50197-1 :2013 in the class CEM V/B (S-V).
A composite cement type in the form of a fine grey powder that comes in either a 50kg paper or polypropylene bag.
Results in a denser blend with superior early strength & improved impermeability

High Strength Composite Cement
Kwikbuild Cement complies with the international standard SANS 50197-1 :2013 in the class CEM V/A.

CEM V/A (S/V)
The product is available in a polypropylene bag which is ideal for long distance transport as well as deliveries directly to site. This bag has the benefit of being a lot stronger than a paper bag resulting in less breakages during handling. The bag is also biodegradable and quickly breaks down in sunlight.
We also use a traditional paper cement bag which is a 2 ply bag commonly used throughout the cement industry. The benefits of the paper bag is that they produce far less dust and is visually appealing.
The product is available palletised, for forklift offloading. For customers who do not have forklifts, KwikBuild Cement can supply transport with mounted moffets for convenient offloading. A single pallet is made up of 40 bags, is shrouded in plastic making it waterproof for storage outside.
Cement
Generally our product is transported in full loads being 640 or 680 bags per load. We also offer smaller loads for which the minimum load size for delivery is 160 bags per load. Labour is supplied for offloading of all small loads.
Kwiktile
The minimum load size for Kwiktile Tile adhesive is 200 bags, labour is supplied to offload. On our large loads of 1 600 bags (16 pallets) the Tile adhesive will be palletized and offloaded with a moffet.
